How to Implement a Positive Habit Ecosystem

A habit of going to the gym from 6:30-7:30am and working out is great. But if you come back from the gym and drink a RedBull, eat a pop tart, and scroll Instagram Reels for the next hour, did you really win that morning overall?​
No. That's where Positive Habit Ecosystems come in. We help you set habits that build off of each other to create a network of neural connections where one good habit triggers another, that triggers another - in all the different sections of your day. This allows you to truly live your life at the meeting point of effectiveness and efficiency, and creates compounding change over time.
Specific Steps

Each individual daily habit should consist of the following:
- a specific “what”
- a specific “when”
- a specific ”where”
- and is something so easy you feel 100% confident (or as close to 100% as you can be) in achieving it every single day.

Meekness
What is meekness?
The world has a funny way of misconstruing the true meaning of words. Meekness is actually pure strength! It is humility and self-mastery, masterfully combined. Being humble enough to learn from everyone and everything, and then having the self-mastery to immediately implement any additional knowledge gained into your life is the true meaning of meekness. Because of that, it is the perfect attribute to exponentially increase your capacity to change.
Why should you care ?
You've probably learned by now that the best things in life are always the hardest to get. Acquiring what is hardest in life to get requires a journey to become your best self. That journey is undertaken most effectively and efficiently when it starts and ends with meekness.
How can you obtain meekness?
Here's a few ideas to start in fun acronym form -
Pause - Pause for at least 5 seconds before responding in conversation, especially heated ones. This will give you time to mentally rehearse and respond thoughtfully, articulately, and calmly, instead of the opposite.
Adversity - put your body and mind through the adverse action of taking a cold shower every day to build self-control and discipline.
Stargaze - Go stargazing once a month to remind yourself of the vastness of the world, promoting humility and awe.
Thankfulness - Practice gratitude every day by consciously reflecting and writing down one to three things you’re grateful for in a gratitude journal.
Automatic - Set small, simple daily habits with a specific what, when, and where that align with your goals and become automatic systems over time in order to build your self-mastery muscle. This is the beginning of building your first Positive Habit Ecosystem.

What qualifies Max?
Life experience. Over the course of the last 7 years, I have flipped my life's trajectory, overcoming 5 different addictions (pornography, masturbation, social media, Netflix, and video games). I want to teach the youth of today how to reject the destructive distractions the world brings, and build the life for themselves that they want.

Please don’t misunderstand me - I’m very far from perfect, and the struggle to stay meek is a difficult one.
